It looks like Chinese to me... at least the 2nd kanji is not used in Japanese.
零 means "zero", not normally used for name.
黄 is yellow, so it is also used in Japanese.

"Rei loves yellow" in Japanese is
レイは黄色が好きです。　Rei wa kiiro ga suki desu.
（レイcan be 令、麗、玲、礼... there are many kanji that can be used for a name Rei）

Verb always comes at the end of the sentence, not in the middle like English or Chinese.
