I found a great online game but it has a severe lack of japanese users. It's an american football management game where you take control of a small team and try make them really Big (be the best in the world).
The game has great graphics (inclduing a view of your stadium and you can also choose the ladies gor your cheerleader group), good formation editor, live play-by-play viewer...
