Like urban gang members and the hip-hip culture speak in "ebonics" slang in the U.S., is there a similiar groups of young Japanese people that speak in a tone or slang that is not considered proper for the normal Japanese language.
Is there something similar to the "Yo, yo wut up?... Know wut I'm sayin'... Word" type nonsense in Japan that we have to listen to in the U.S.?
Are there Japanese kids wearing baggy pants around their knees and their boxers showing.

Sure. Just listen to Japanese truck drivers talking on ham radio sometime.

Yes. And with baseball caps at a silly angle on their heads. Even saw an old guy wearing his that way recently.

Plenty of U.S. gangsta style going on in Japan both old school and new school.

Every country has the pseudo-gang sindrome.
