Assuming you want to know the access information between Narita Airport and Akasaka, I suggest that you take Airpot Limousine Bus (http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/timetable/narita/akasaka_h.html) to and from ANA Hotel. Depend on your luggage, you can either walk or take a cab between the ANA Hotel and this weekly hotel.

I just read your another thread about flying into Osaka. I am not sure if you still need this information, but if you are considering flying back to Osaka from Haneda, you can still take the bus from ANA Hotel. See Airport Limousine Haneda Lines page (http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/timetable/haneda/akasaka_h.html) for information.

This place is quite good as it's not too expensive and near shops. Be careful though, the pictures are usually taken from angles that makes the rooms look bigger. You'll also be pretty close to shibuya, shinjuku and harajuku although akihabara will be at about 30minutes from there.
