I think most, if not all, capsule hotels accept male guests only (for safety and liability reasons). You may want to look for so-called business hotels near Shin-Osaka Station.

A budget hotel per Shin-Osaka A Hotel budget hotel word of mouth information around Shin-Osaka Station.
(Because I use a translation WEB site, it may not be translated justly.)

There is a capsule hotel in Shin-Osaka Station, and, however, exclusive use of a man.
JR pass cannot use Sinkansen "Nozomi".
The Sinkansen which you can use,
The Sinkansen doing the first departure to Tokyo,
It is Sinkansen "Hikari-404".
It departs from Shin-Osaka at 6:08 .

I recomend the south of Osaka. Around 動物園前の駅 (Doubutsuen mae Metro Station) It's plenty of Economic Business hotels, I know it by experience.

I recommend Doubutsuen-mae for cheap hotels too. It's a grubby area and the hotels have shared bathrooms, but the prices can't be beat. You can take the Midosuji subway line directly to Shin-Osaka station to catch the Shinkansen.
I've stayed in this hotel several times.

It's a little more expensive than the other hotels in the area, but it's noticeably cleaner. It also felt safer.
