The first part was good morning.
No clue what kiyoskite was suppose to means though.

Who is this "someone"? and why is s/he sending you a txt msg in Japanese when they know you would not understand it? How did you figure it was Japanese?
Anyway...
The first part says "Good morning (Ohayo goZaimasu). The second part is supposed to say "Ki wo tsukete kudasai" that translates to "Please be careful" but I have a feeling that what the sender (who does not really understand Japanese themselves) had meant to say was "Take care", which would have been "Karada ni ki wo tsukete kudasai (Please take good care of your health)" or simply "O-Genki de (Stay well)".
Some people speak Japanese so fast that 気をつけてください sounds like きょつけてください。
