Exchange program in Japan in english

Hi everyone,
I m a graphic design student from Italy and I m searching some good Japanese schools that allow exchange student program.
I m looking for a school with courses in english, because my Japanese Proficiency level is still too low for enter in a University or Senmongakkou.
Any suggestions?
