Staying at a manga kissa or karaoke box fo the night

First "real" post. Here it goes.

Does anyone here know about (has experience in) staying the night at a manga kissa or karaoke box in Tokyo, not as much for the internet connection, comic books, free drinks or songs, but simply because it must be one of the cheapest ways to spend the night asleep. I've googled without much success. Any price indications would be very helpful. I've heard some of these manga kissa places even have showers.

2000-3000yen for the night in a manga cafe in Tokyo.
2000 to 5000yen for a capsule hotel in Osaka
never tried the Karaoke as I don't really know anyone here.

I personally prefer maga kissa because they usually have a shower, and it will sett you back about 2000-3000 yen, my recommended place is Raum in kabukicho, because their night pack is the longest one I have seen (10h).
As for karaoke box, I have done it and it`s a good last resort. Karaokekan have a night deal on weekdays thats 1000yen from 12 to 5, and it`s quite comfy, but as it lacs showers I woulden`t stay several nights in one.

you'll have to look for a manga kissa with a shower if you want that.. some generally dont.
ive slept in a manga kissa without a shower... it was uncomfortable, to say the least but it wasn't so bad since it was only 4-5 hrs just to get a shut-eye after a night of karaoke and clubbing on a saturday night.

if you plan to use a manga kissa on a weekend night expect the manga kissa to be filled. good luck!
