Undergraduate Art in Japan

Hullo folks,

I posted here before and apologize for my transient presence on the forum.

I'm an undergrad sophomore planning on studying abroad next year in Japan, but my search for any program that allows me to juggle both an intensive language study and some serious studio art classes has been fruitless. Can anyone give me the names of some schools, or give me any advice regarding these interests?
