Nanahara!! Needs Help!!

I usually go under the name Nanahara but everytime I log on and try to view a thread or post this comes up:

try deleting all the cookies on your computer, then comming back and logging in.

that didnt work... I think it has something with Thomas asking me to change my email...cos once I did all this happened
