Hyde's evergreen video question

hi,

i hope someone can tell me on which dvd HYDE's video version of evergreen is..... the one where he is dressed all in white and sits in a big bird cage ( at least it looks like one ) :-)

the live version, where he sings in english is on the "faith" DVD, right ?
( behind him is like a huge church window and that version is faster and rougher ). does anyone know if there is a live concert cd, which includes that song, the live version from the faith dvd, cause i also love that version very much and would like to listen to it on my stereo or in the car.
if it is only available on a dvd, then i am confined to the couch while listening to it... ^_^
