This is my first post to Jref. Hello to everyone at Jref and to those who are simply browsing at Jref. Happy New Year 2009 to you ! :hey:
Now my SOS (Save Our Soul) question; I believe it should be SMS (Save My Soul) question. anyway, here`s the question.....
Question:
I am looking for a 3 Million Yen Loan for personal purpose. I heard credit card companies in Japan appear as angels (for people like me) and grant loans at interest of 9 to 15% for a period of 7 years to 10 years. So far I have never borrowed from any credit card companies in Japan (not even cash advances). I have come across many names on TV and Advertisements in Subway - Nicos, `at loan`, etc. but I am not sure of their credibility or worthiness.
All Jref members (especially Senpais)
- Has anyone ever taken a personal loan in Japan from credit card companies ? Could you share your experiences ? Are there any good credit card companies and the notorious ones ? Any tips or suggestions would be very helpful. I need to generate 3 Million Yen lumpsum very soon.

PS: Btw, I forgot to mention that - I have never taken any loan in japan (personal or house mortgage). I am a non-PR resident living in Japan past 10 years, I have a japanese wife of 2 years and a stable job with steady income to be able to payback the loan with no issues. My credit history in Japan is 100% clean.
