Studying Robotics for International Student

Hi everybody,
I want to study Robotics (Mechanics with computer) or similar subject, in japan,
I am a Nepalese student,
Is there some university to help me ?
or can i get help from some professors for informal education too ?

Try find precision engineering in Tokyo Institute of Technology
