I heard this, might be an insult phrase? Can't find it anywhere though... sounded like "kesieroga"?

sounds like ~て/でやろうか[~te/deyarou ka](消してやろうか[keshiteyarou ka]?) or ~野郎が[~yarou ga](下衆野郎が[gesu yarou ga]?)

No idea on what the context, but reading the OP's text, my mind keeps going to:
消えうせろ [kieusero]

There is a website that has the 'bad words' of most countries including Japan, look it up on google and see if you recognise the word from the list.

As Toritoribe suggests (and as Ashikaga suggested in another thread), it's a mishearing problem. You don't have the word correctly, so you can't find it in a dictionary or elsewhere.
I agree with Toritoribe that the closest word that is an 'insult" would be "gesu yarou ga."
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not post the same question repeatedly. I've removed the older thread.

That's OK if you weren't aware of it. Please be careful from now on! :-)
