Shinjuku Incident

I've just went to watch the Shinjuku Incident by Jackie Chan. It isn't a Japanese movie I'd say but it was filmed in Japan as the incident happened in Japan, and there were a handful of Japanese starring in the movie, so I've decided to post my question here.

Has anyone seen the movie? How true is the movie to the killings in 90s?
Oh and there's something I'd really wanted to know. Can anyone name me any streets run by the Yakuzas?
