I bought this today and watched it. Needless to say it is in the bizarro world of a Takashi Miike film. I have seen it describe as a spaghetti type of western, but that is a bit misleading. It is set in a world where the old west of the US mixed with Yojimbo. It is shot with a Japanese cast that only speak english in the film, in some cases bad english, and Quentin Tarantino.
If you decide to see it then expect a typical Miike film, insane, bizarre, odd, bloody, violent and completely left field.

If you have never seen a Takashi Miike film start with another, Audition or the rather pedestrian Chakushi Ari. You need to be acquainted with his films before you see this.

I love Takashi Miike films:-)

I rented it one day and just kinda had a confused face on the whole time ^^
I enjoyed it though : D
