A Japanese friend of mine was attempting to try and understand British humour when he was here. Which seems like an impossible task. It's probably unlikely but does anyone know if I would be able to find Japanese subtitles for any classic British Sitcoms?

Most likely find them on Japanese amazon. Have a look around. Just out of curiousity, which sitcoms?

There are a lot of DVD with Japanese subtitle, Mr.Bean and Monty Python included. :D

Cheers, I didn't really have anything in particular in mind. He just wanted to see if he could understand them so I said I would have a look.
