It might make you feel better about not understanding the sentence structure if you first know that it is really just a sentence fragment.

What part of it do you not understand? There's no point in people typing up stuff for the parts you do understand.

OK, now I get it. I didn't know について and was wondering whether this was some kind of -て form of one of the various つく verbs... Thank you :D

ついて is exactly from the te-form of the verb 就[つ]く.;-)
