こんにちはとひちーさん! 私は日本語で入力しています! はは、すごいですね!
おげんきですか? ^^
Trying to say~
"Hello Tohichi-san! I'm typing in Japanese! Haha, cool, huh! How are you? ^^"
Thank you for your time! I appreciate it! :bluush:

the hyphen after the name is not necessary (and a bit confusing)

"haha" in hiragana can be confusing, and could be read as something other than laughter. if you used katakana it would be more understandable, and even moreso if you were to use "(w)" or just "w" it would make more sense to Japanese, as (w) means "warai," laughter, and is essentially the same as "lol" in English.

Only other thing is nyuuryoku is more like "input," and makes me think of data entry of some sort. I might just say "taipu" in katakana. It's still completely understandable though. Good work

So, would this be correct, then?

I do recommend using w or (w) instead, but looks good

Who is とひちーさん ??:relief:

You know that you never use a name suffix like -san when speaking of yourself, right?

ww is Japanese net speak that approximates to lol in English. I have seen lots of Japanese text that uses hiragana for haha, but of course they were limited to games and scripts for anime.

This is totally unnecessary of course, but thought you might want to learn a few new kanji now that you are using the computer to type. 凄い is for すごい and お元気 for おげんき.

Oh, thank you for the information! :-)

And, thank you again! Do you know how I would write kanji, though? I use NJStar Japanese WP. :?

The only reason I had kanji in my previous sentences is because I copied the kanji directly from the internet, haha.

入力 is fine.

OK, here's the last tip.

すごいですね! → すごいでしょ!

すごいですね is admiration for others.

I use the Windows IME that comes when you install the East Asian language pack from the Windows CD. It's been 5-7years since I last used NJstar so I have no idea. Kanji is normally just a case of selecting from a list of options after you finish typing a string....
