If anyone has the time, could you please look over and correct my translations of the following sentences using transitive and intransitive verbs.

壁に絵を掛けた。 I hung the picture on the wall.
絵が壁に掛かっている。 The picture is hanging on the wall.

お金をテーブルの下に隠した。 I hid the money under the table.
お金がテーブルの下に隠れている。 The money is hidden under the table.
カーテンの後ろに隠れていた。 I was hiding behind the curtain.

学校にノートを残した。 I left the notebook at school.
学校ノートが残っていた。 The notebook was left at school.

気温を下げた。 I turned down the temperature.
気温が下がった。 The temperature went down.

窓を開けた。 I opened the window.
窓が開いている。 The window is open.
窓が開いた。 The window opened.

ごみを出した。 I took out the garbage.
私の友達の家を出た。 I left my friend’s house.
ごみが外で出ていた。 Trash was left outside.

手を上げた。 I raised my hand.
手が上がった。 My hand went up.
手が上がっている。 My hand is up.

彼に本を戻した。 I returned the book to him.
昨日中国から戻った。 I returned from China yesterday.

君に月を表した。 I showed you the Moon.
これは、何を表しますか。 What does this stand for?
月が現れた。 The moon came out.

いとこを乗せた。 I picked up my cousin.
図書館にバスを乗った。 I rode the bus to the library.

彼女を助けた。 I saved the girl.
彼女が助かった。 The girl was saved.

テーブルに本を立てた。 I stood the book up on the table.
テーブルに立っていた。 I was standing on the table.

車を止めた。 I stopped the car.
車が止まった。 The car stopped.

テレビを点けた。 I turned on the TV.
シガレットが点いた。 The cigarette was lit.
テレビが点いている。 The TV is on.

赤ちゃんを起こした。 I woke the baby up.
赤ちゃんが起きた。 The baby woke up.
赤ちゃんが起きている。 The baby is awake.

And a couple of other questions: How would you say,
What color is that dress?
How did you make the cake?
How much water would you like?
I have to go to work tomorrow.
I should work 3 hours per day.
I want him to go to sleep.
I want him to sleep.

お金がテーブルの下に隠れている。 The money is hidden under the table.
This sounds a bit odd to me. 隠れる has a nuance of "to hide actively," so it's hardly used for inanimated things like money. 隠してある or 隠されている would be more appropriate in this case.

猫がテーブルの下に隠れている。
お金がテーブルの下に隠してある/隠されている。

学校にノートを残した。 I left the notebook at school.
学校にノートを（置き）忘れた。

学校ノートが残っていた。 The notebook was left at school.
Same as 隠れる. 学校にノートが残されていた/置き忘れられていた might be better.

私の友達の家を出た。 I left my friend’s house.
友達の家を出た。 You don't need to say 私の.

ごみが外で出ていた。 Trash was left outside.
ごみが外に出ていた/出されていた。

手が上がった。 My hand went up.
手が上がっている。 My hand is up.
手が上がった more likely would be used in the line of "someone raised his/her hand," probably because it's rare that my hand is raised without my own will.

君に月を表した。 I showed you the Moon.
君に月を見せた。

図書館にバスを乗った。 I rode the bus to the library.
図書館への/までバスに乗った。

テーブルに立っていた。 I was standing on the table.
テーブル（の上）に立っていた。 "To stand on a table" is not so common as an action, so の上 might be needed to clarify the context in this case.

シガレットが点いた。 The cigarette was lit.
タバコに火が点いた。
