Goes to a Vocaloid song that can be found on youtube if you search for "Hatsune Miku Despair", so if you notice the lyrics here are off, please correct them in the translation. :?
(I cannot link to third party sites yet or I would direct link..)
I've been looking everywhere for an English translation... if someone could even give a rough translation it would be VERY much appreciated. :-)

Here is my attempt. Some of the lines such as "todokanainaraba..." are very much open to interpretations. As you can see, I have taken some poetic licenses.

Tears turns meaningless, words into hate
If we can't make ourselves understood, we might as well disappear
Open our eyes and we see
Reality
We know that there is no such thing as hope
I heard for sure the sound of your disappearing
Memories lost, Consciousness in darkness
If this feeling cannot be understood, we might as well throw it away
Open your eyes and you see
Reality
There is not a single thing that is certain
Everything is wavering right and left, and that's what present/now is made of
Fading away or being alive, either way there is no meaning
Everything is swaying to and forth, and that's what present/now is made of
We know that there is no such thing as hope

Thank you very much!
If I were to use this translation, how should I credit you? :-)

No credit necessary. It's yours.
