Hi all,
I am sorry if these questions have been asked already. First a little background info. My girlfriend is Japanese, living in Japan. She is currently in the middle of a custody battle. I have heard some confusing report regarding this.
1) If she wins custody, I understand that it is basically up to her weather or not to allow her ex-husband to see the child, correct?
2) However, she has been informed that if she re-marries, or lives with someone, she will lose said custody, is this correct? Surely not?
3) If she loses custody, it is my understanding that she will have no visitation rights unless granted by her ex? Is this correct?
