I heard that Jasmine the bass player for the Versailles died.
I went to youtube and saw lots of R.I.P. comments for Jasmine You, I think?
So, can anybody give me the details of the death?

Everyone knows, no specific details.
Yes, but was it murder? suicide? accident? a rare disease?
I don't know what country you are from, but here in America, we get lots of details in a celebrities death. Our country tries to keep us up-to-date and how and why a celebrity dies.
I'm sorry, I have to break in.
What does a Japanese musician's death have to do with your amazing country where everyone is up-to-date on celebrities? Why are you saying this to a person from Phiippines?l
Besides, if you take a few minutes of your time to surf the net, you can quickly find that officially, it was health problems. C'mon...

You are very rude and you need to learn some manners and respect.
I was only asking because her response was very vague.
"Everybody knows" is a very vague statement.

The information we've been given is vague. All we've been told is that it was unspecified health problems.
By the way, Versailles aren't "celebrities." For the past year, they've normally been playing for audiences of 300 to 1,000. Paparazzi don't follow them and the media doesn't pry into their lives.

@yinfire: Actually yuo are the one beïng rude... You talk about jasmin like he was a toy or something.. A lot of people were hurt by his death. Show a little respact for the man , the band and his fans.
I can understand that you would like to know how he died. But you can ask it in an other way with a little more respect. And in steat of opening a new topic about it. You could first have looked up the versailles topic or like Zanux said just surf a little.
Jasmin was allready sick for quite a while. Kamijo told it and that they supended activety till he was fully heald... Unfortunitly he didn't heal :( And pased away on 9-8-09 :(

Again, rude is different things to different cultures. I'm not bragging about America. I'm just saying in America, when you have a question to ask, we are allowed to be straight-foward about it.
I can understand your pain because his death was recent and I do apologize if I came across as insensitive.
About surfing, this is also JREF and according to the Terms of Service, if I have a question, I could ask it here.
And if I knew that his death was so recent, I probably would have waited to ask. But again, rude is different things to different cultures, and in America we are allowed to be candid.
And me being blunt gives nobody the right to talk to me any kind of way. There is a huge difference between being blunt and outright rude and a smart alec.

Thanks inertia. But I and many other people consider a celebrity to be a person who have lots of t.v. time and lots of fans. Versailles have many music videos and many fans; therefore, they are celebrities.
OR straight from the dictionary a celebrity is
1. a famous or well-known person.
2. fame; renown.
Versailles is a well-known band. I would consider them famous because they have fans from all over the world. Therefore, they are celebrities. HIM doesn't have that much problems in Finland. They could pretty much leave the house and live normal lives and they are considered celebrities.

I highly think this thread should be stopped. The question asked was answered. Continuing the aurgument to have the last word or say the other person was rude is disrespect to the late Jasmine You in any country.

Yeah. I'm new to J-REF and I don't know how to close the thread.
How would I go about doing that?
