And I have to admit it's true~ Khala, but also Gaz and Tetsu do get less attention then the other members of Malice Mizer~ I suppose because they were with the band the shortest amounts of time, so people got attached to the less then the others~

Which is sad because they were still part of Malice Mizer at one point or another ^_^

Well.. First of all I must say that I really love the Tetsu era^^ Im not that much into the Klaha era though, but after my oppinion the music sounds so much cleaner in that era, than what it did in the previous eras.

I wish though that there were more pictures to be found of Tetsu and Gaz, coz I cant find much^^;;

And when it comes to Gackt, I just love that cliche filled idol and I dont think he is that arrogant^^ I heard a story from my ex that one of her friends, had an other friend(haha.. the usual friends friends second cousen blablabla thing typical..anyway) that was in contact with Gackt and was a good friend of him.. they went on cruises and parties, but Gackt had no idea that she knew of his muic and that she was a major fan. But then she confessed to him and since then she lost contact with him.. I think its sad though, becuase I think Gackt just needs someone who does not like him for his music, but as a person.. Like most celebrities.. so I do not think he is arrogant at all. He has great contact and carisma on stage:-)

My gf though thinks Mana-Sama is very arrogant.. I can agree with that, but I sorta love the way that Mana-Sama stays arrogant and keep hinself so mysterious^^

And as for downloading or shopping I do both. First I completed my Moi Dix Mois collection and now I want to get everything by Malice Mizer. So far I have everything on the computer and just Le Collection de Merveilles that I bought some time ago. I really want shinwa(Kami's memorial box) aswell, but it is out of print and very hard to get. And if you find it, it is usually very expencive.

The more I think about it, the less I start to dislike Gackt, He will never be my favourite ofcourse, but that doesn't reslly matter. I guess I got influenced by my friend, because she never said something nice about him. But now I think about it, that isn't fair towards him:bluush:

Mana-sama arrogant?? HHhhmm...yeah I guess he is a little bit, but it suits him. In his Malice Mizer time it made him look more like a doll, I think. Dolls don't really show emotions and always have something arrogant becouse of that. And now with Moi Dix Mois it suits his 'new' style :blush:

Does somebody know a place where I can easly order malice Mizer CD's, just I case I have some money left and my parents think it's ok to order??

Yea~ I think when you're in that kind of business it's hard to find anyone that likes you , for reasons other then that~ I think is hard` I feel bad for them~

I'm actually not a fan of any particular era myself~ They each had something that I found was interesting and different from the other~

And Mana-sama does seem very arrogant and mysterious. But I think most people forget that what we see of these people is what they WANT us to see, and what we WANT to see.

And I think Mana's personality has a certain appeal~ :-)

Ofcourse show a lot of artist an attitude they want us to see and that we want to see. That's why, most of the time, a person doesn't only lioke the music, but also the bandmembers.

I read a few translated interviews with Mana, Klaha, Yu-ki and K�zi. And I should say that Mana 'sounds' less arrogant. He accually laughs a lot and makes funny jokes. They all laugh a lot (in the translations seen as *laughs*). The first time I read one I was like: What?? They laugh..they make jokes?? Is this really Malice Mizer??.....So I guess that they are different in real life then on stage and television:p

Well, I don't think they could be entirely too serious, or else they'd be too serious to actually enjoy what they were doing~ I think quality has a lot to do with how much you LIKE to do what you're doing~ And with how good their music was it's impossible that they didn't like it~ At least I think :p

i like the Tetsu, Gackt and Klaha eras all about equally :-) i like their voices for different reasons. But i think i prefer Klaha's voice a bit over Gackt's - although my fave songs mostly come from Tetsu and Gackt eras, but not because of Klaha's voice but more like they didn't release that much stuff with Klaha. :(

I don't think Gackt or Mana r arrogant :souka: at least maybe they r but we will probably never know it... XD rather they have a certain persona, rather reserved but 'arrogant' isn't the word i'd use to describe it (or maybe i just feel sympathies because i'm often thought as arrogant when really i just feel like reserved :()

When a person is shy and quite they sometimes see that as being cold and arrogant ~ It's kind of sad that we don't understand people better~ :p but it can't be helped I guess~

Mana is indeed art, and at the first site everybody thinks is a woman. But I still think that when you take a better look you can see it's a man. Baroque= Tetsu version only (though there is a live Gackt version that floats arond on LW sometimes)

Kioku to Sora= Tetsu version & Live Klaha version (t'was on the Bara no Seidou concert DVD)

I agree I love the costumes so much ^__^ I find they are very pretty~ And it's not because I liked their costumes that I started to like the band! And I think some people don't really understand that, especially with Visual Kei~ yes the costumes are elaborate pieces of art~ but it's really the music that make it worth the while!

I'd say that with Visual Kei the music and the looks (so costumes, PV's and shows) are one. You should start liking the music, then you start watching PV and then you are inpressed by the quality of them and ofcourse by the costumes. The costumes always have this conection to the music and because of that, the music 'feels' better....but that's just my opinion:p

Oh I agree the costumes ARE definitly a part of it~ But some people only look at THAT and it kind of irks me because I find to many people are only looking at that :p

But you're right great looking costumes definitly add to the WOW-effect and make it even more breath-taking and like art~ (I'm an art lover~ Anything pretty sounds, looks whatever I love! :relief:)

I love all off Malice Mizer (ok I often skipp Tetsu and i never notice gaz..)

I started with a big love for Kozi. just because I thought he was cool :relief:
After that I liked Gackt more and more just because he was cute and the vocal I knew best :relief:
Mana had always some love cause I Realy like how he's dressed and if someone acts like him (doesn't say name's :p ) I realy can laugh myself death. But he has somthing cute in his dances.
When I started to learn about Kami I dindn't like him that much you just have to get in to hem :p but I love him right now. And he is just a great drummer
Klaha is just cool :relief: but without make-up he looks soooowww handsome and his voice is better than gack's voice and his Eara is something I Really like to .
Yu~Ki is just Yu~ki. He can look sow cute :blush: and sometimes he looks soo shy that he is even cuter:blush:

Gardenia is a fantastic song and in my oppinion it is best when you listen to Kaisou. Its soo great with that bridge from Kaisou and into Gardenia^^

In the Netherlands is only one shop that sells the Lolitaclothing from Japanese brands...like Metamorphose, Victorian Maiden en Moi-m麥e-mioti�...and that is *&)(*&*%#&% expensive. I have 1 dress fromt he brand Metamorphose from that shop and I costed me 170 euro....there was only one dress cheaper then that one. That was 140 euro:(
The other Lolita-shop don't really sell those brands....so it isn't very likely that I could find that Mana-dress here:(

Yea cosplaying as Kami would definitly be fun~ :p Sure he doen't have the MOST elaborate costumes not like Kozi or Gackt or Mana~ But I like the simplicity of the design~ (Except for the butterly costume with the pink hair that ones pretty elaborate :D) And I like the fact that he never used a wig~ just dyed it or cut it as he need for his costumes~ Which is why I'm growing mine out... :p

If it isn't the only one, then why is it the only shop people talk about when you ask for a Lolita-shop with the 'real' Japanese brands?? Some people say there is a Lolita-shop in Amsterdam also, but nobody knew if they sold those brands....:( and even then it would be expensive.too expencive....
I can't affort to have only clothing that cost betwee the 100 euro (for a skirt or shirt) and the 500 euro (for a dress if I want a very very nice, detailed one):(

My hair's a bit longer then the first picture~ but I just think~ if you take the time to grow it ~ then it will grow~ And in the end THERE ARE wigs...

And it's so expensive because it's imported I mean everything if it's imported will cost more like even mangas and things like that~ But also it's the quality of the clothes~ I mean Gothic lolita clothing is really~ nice and elegant clothing so it's normal that it costs more~ :p then just regular clothes...

And unless it's something I really want... I'm super cheap~ ~! That's why I like Boxing Day and Sales! It's so much fun when you can find really nice clothing for 5$

Im glad that It is easyier to find EGA fashions for cheap here than Lolita. If you want lolita dresses here in Norway you have to eather make them or order them from the internett. When it comes to EGA you can easily find frilly shirts and trousers that suits, and offcource coats. I have two nice velvet jackets now and lots of frills^^woo! and frilly-shirts^^ Though I would love to have some EGA fashions from Moi-Meme-Moitie^^ Yay! If I would cosplay anyone in Malice Mizer I think it would be Kami.. or perhaps Tetsu or Mana-Sama...bah! I want to do everyone^_____^

The best way for me to find Lolita dresses is also to order them from the intenet, but then it has to come from Japan or from the USA and I have to pay a lot of shipping costs:(

I love EGA, and like the idea of dressing in a more 'masculine' way :blush: (EGL doesn't suit me at all :( ) but it's really hard to find such things here. Gothic lolita-ish style clothes are becoming kinda mainstream in gothic/alternative shops here, but EGA... nope. :-( Guess I'd have to look in specialist 'costume' shops (like that supply theatre), and places that sell genuine 'antique' clothing (likely to be hella expensive! O_O)

Ega trousers can be anything really that is in deep collours. Mostly suit trousers are good as long as they are not all baggy. I would love to get hold of some laced leather trousers^^ That is actually very nice with shirts and frills^^ I love to dress up EGA, but have a very femenine look with it aswell^^
And instead of ordering expencive stuff on the net you can get frillyshirts or pirate shirts in costume shops or most womans fashion shops have them these days. And offcource have a nice set of trousers and a vest^^ woo! Does anyone here have pics of themselves in theire fashions? Would be interresting to see how everyone dress up here^^
