Best textbook

I am teaching myself Japanese but I'm not sure what kind of textbook I should get. I have a book that lets me practice the writing/reading the 3 languages but I don't have anything to teach me to speak. Could anyone make some suggestions. I would prefer someone containing kana,kanji, and romaji if possible.

The book I used when I was taking classes was called Nakama. If you live near a college that teaches japanese maybe you could go to its bookstore and it might have something.
