Short letter help

Hi all,

I've written a short letter in response to a message I got. I wanted to post it here to see what mistakes i've made. :note:

はじめまして　まちこさん！

あなたの英語は上手ですね！　僕は二十三歳です。僕も 独力で勉強をします。
いつか流暢びなってほしいんです。漢字にお名前は真知 子ですか？　

二本に何処で住んでいますか？　東京ですか？

趣味は何をしますか？　映画が好きです、そして音楽が とても好きです。

早くレスにほしいんですよ！

Things i'm not sure about :

I think I'm writing in too short sentences. What i mean is there seems to be too many periods. I guess i'm not good at combining many ideas into one sentence yet. If anyone see's a better way to write any of this please let me know.

Also, can resu,　レス, be used for response?

There are some grammatical mistakes, but I don't think the shortness of sentences is that much of a problem. One thing you probably should change straight away are the characters for "Nihon" although unfortunately I can't display them on this computer at work either ;).
As for "resu" I've never seen it myself, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist out there as a word somewhere. Henji is probably better, but I'd leave anything about wanting a fast reply out altogether as it may come across as abrupt or even rude, especially with "hoshii." Yoroshiku ne or some other accepted closing will always be understood.

Yea, I didn't want to sound rude. What i was trying to say was "hope for" Like, hope to hear from you soon. Is there a way to say this without being rude?

Is it possible for you to point out my grammar mistakes? If its too much of a problem for you at work that's fine. I appreciate all your help.

I'm native. The Japanese extremely dislike being made a mistake in their name.
I think, it is better to change "お名前は漢字で書くと"真知子"さんでよろしいですか？" to "お名前は漢字でどのように書けばよろしいでしょうか？" or "お名前は漢字でどのように書きますか？"

Would domo youni kakimasuka mean "by means of writing". Is the domo added for stress?

It means, "I would like to know how to write in kanji your name"

(It is a little embarrassing to say this, but I did not completely understand your post. I'm not good at English...)

It's similar to "namae wa nan to kakimasuka?" or "namae wa dou kakimasuka?" only more polite.

These are somewhat impolite.

だから、これは少し高度な話です。

日本人に対して、名前に関する質問をする場合は、
すこし注意を要します。
たとえば、相手の名前を知りたい時は、
「お名前は何ですか？」とは言いません。
学生や子供なら、言うでしょうが、
大人が使うと良識を疑われるでしょう。
ビジネスマンは、絶対に言いません。
「お名前をお教えいただけますか？」と言うか、
実際の会話では、「失礼ですが」の一言だけです。
口語では「失礼ですが」だけで名前について
質問していることが分かります。
「どう」と言うのも失礼に感じるでしょう。
「どのように」などとしてもっと丁寧さを出します。

私は、英語をもっと上手になりたいですよ！
