I was wondering about the pronunciation of this word. There is a Japanese restaurant not far from where I live called "Kamado's," and I got so used to pronouncing it with an American accent that I am at a loss as to how it is actually pronounced in Japanese. Do the accents follow a *LHH, LHL, or HLL pattern?

*L=low
H=high

--Addition/clarification--
Freaking 文字化け! The subject should be かまど (kamado). I know not why this keeps happening.:confused:

The "かまど 竈 kamado" is accentless.

At an on-line Japanese dictionary, I could know the position of an accent.

At this site, the number written beside the word is the place of an accent.
