I was wondering if anyone knew how to write "The Spanish Raddish lives here" in Japanese? It's a nickname of mine and I was hoping to write it on my new sketch book.
Thanks a bunch if anyone can do it!

I'm not sure how to say "radish" in Japanese, so I have used Daikon (Hatsuka-daikon, a type of Japanese radish). But if you want, you can always go for phonetical and use ラーディシュ(correct me if that's not phonetical).

Konnichiwa Silver Angel-san!

I think "The Spanish Raddish lives here" is "ここにいるスペインだいこん".:note:

Wouldn't this mean "The Spanish Raddish that lives here?"

For whatever it's worth, my best guess....

スペインだいこんは・が?ここにいます。

All correct except "Daikon" is a long white radish. Little red round radish is called "akamaru daikon" Many japanese say "radish" as well.

*_* I should've copied it down before the forum changed...T_T all I see instead of the Japanese writing, is jumbled up letters..."single tear"....

Never lose hope with computers. You can actually get it ungarbled here.....http://www.kanzaki.com/docs/jis-recover.html

Just copy all your text into the first big box, check the small one, click "recover" (in Japanese) and wait a second or two ;).

clicking on VIEW at the top left, then if the menu comes down and says ENCODING, click on that and if you don't see JAPANESE, click on MORE. Then if you see JAPANESE
AUTO-SELECT or SHIFT-JIS, click on either. I have WinXP and I have to click on it all the time, cause it keeps going back to non-Japanese? Hope it works for you!!
