Has anyone watched this anime series? I've only seen the first episode and it looks like it could be pretty interesting, but I want to know if it's worth watching the whole thing, because the Japanese DVD's are expensive.

I have watched this anime and Manga. This is a love story but not mechanical action. I recommend you if you like a love story. :emblaugh:
But I think Manga is better than Anime. :p

Saishu-Heiki Kanojo is a great anime,
though some people dislike it because it can be very depressing.
I would say, this anime can rip out your heart...

US release date is 27 April, i definitely will buy Saikano DVDs.

I will definately have to watch the rest. I found the nice Deluxe DVD box set that comes with a figure and room for the whole series, so I will have to go with the Japanese discs. They always seem to be the best quality too!

They had a article about that series in animerica [Saikano] It seems very intresting, does any one know how long the series runs for? I don't want to have to be commited to another really long series *shakes fist* darn you Ranma 1/2 and twelve kingdoms..................so I don't have all too much money to spend......darn it I'm going to have to get another job.
