Dear valued members,
We are glad to introduce you to our new online shop (http://www.jref.com/shop/). :spray:
You will find all kinds of Japan-related products, from literature, manga, Japanese language study books and computer programs, to DVD's, electronics and video games.
You are naturally welcome to review and rate any product. All products so far can be ordered from Amazon US (worldwide delivery).
You can use the search engine or browse by categories to find products.
As only administrators can upload new products, please let us know what you would like to find in the shop. We will do our best to satisfy you. :-)
Good shopping ! :valentine

Yes. We are thinking of making a JREF T-shirt. I will open a poll in a separate thread to se how many people would be interested.

Please note that the shop (as well as the forum and the photo gallery) have not been redesigned yet. We plan to do so shortly.

What don't you understand, Dreamer ?
You can use the "search" to find what you want, or just click on a category and browse.
Once you have found something, click on "Buy from Amazon", then you can order the product.
If you already have a product, you can review it as well.

Thanks for the recommendations.
I have added over 50 books and 20 DVD's recently, and created new categories (history & politics, society & economy, culture & traditions...).
Don't hesitate to instruct yourself. :-)

Would you ever get into keepsakes, like Kyoto prayer beads or luck charms?

I beleive I saw one shop that is located in the UK. I haven't seen anything in the US that would offer that online yet. I will keep looking though and let you know my findings.
thanks for your recommendation.

Trying to get to that 25 post total will make you post anything.

What's so special about 25 posts? And why does the shop link lead to JFriends?

Once you have 25 posts, you are allowed to post links to outside web pages.
It's part of the anti-troll/spam campaign that we wage every day around here! Sorry to those who are inconvenienced by this policy, but it really does cut soen on our problems!

You will find a lot of references to our 25-post rule here at the forum. Thanks for poiting out the redirection, that has been fixed.
