Maybe try asking around on the Kansai Window's forums, or searching through the site maybe even e-mailing them. Link: http://www.kansai.gr.jp/

That one is just a search done on Yahoo! bringing up the Kansai directory it has a lot of topics you can choose from, maybe selecting down to a single prefecture could make your search easier as the marriage tradition may vary.
