Does Japanese food, use alot of sauces/dips for their foods? Because when I eat Gyoza it is better dipped in Soy sauce, same with sushi better dipped in wasabi/soy sauce, and I also liked my Teriyaki chicken with soy sauce. Tempura makes for a tasty treat when dipped in soy sauce also.
