Formula 1 in Yokosuka - "Shot in the Dark (!!)"

ok guys, i know its a little strange, and i should be doing the tourist thing sometimes :D but i wanna see the F1, but can't find a place in Yokosuka; its pay per view or something i Japan ya?

anyone know a place? (anyone on this board actually live there?!) cheers v much.

ps, and im not us navy, so i cant just go see it on the base :sorry:

Fellow F1 fan, Its on channel 8 arround 11:45, replayed but in japanese
I also use the internet for live timing and to see if it's worth watching
