The manager (or someone's name) is still tired. Is that what you were trying to say ?

Errr actually shuji is a name I picked randomly ^^'
The context is : A girl's going to stay behind in order to contain a whole bunch of soldiers and shuji is her master. Just before she stays she says this sentence "shuji ha mada otsukare da".
I know there're several meaning in the word otsukare but I couldn't figure out how to translate this one.
thanx again

The verb tsukaru with an 'o' is tired or fatigued. Also, a woman probably wouldn't say "da" even following a noun in this situation, maybe desu is better.

I see ^^'
As for the sentence, I just took it from a game so I didn't knew it was wrong...
anyway Thank you very much for your patience and your explanation

Oh, a game....I see now ;). A lot of anime/manga girls use 'da' as well so it isn't grammatically wrong or anything....
