I gotta translate these kanji

ここに投稿しちゃっていいのかな。(^^;;

外国に住んでいる友達に洋服を届けようと思っているの ですが、
国際郵便とか利用したことないので全然分からないんで すよね。

取りあえず手紙を届けようと思っているのですが・・・
私の辞書に書き方などが書いてあるのでだいたい分かる のですが・・・
どんな封筒でもいいのでしょうか？それでただ切手を貼 って
普通のポストに入れちゃえばいいんですかね？(^^;;;

どなたか手紙を郵便で届けた方いらっしゃいますか？
もしいましたらいろいろ教えてください。(> <)

投稿する means "contribute to". I guess. (^^;;
