What are your favorites?
My fav is shiba-zuke. Tsukemono in the US tends to have way too much sugar and MSG, which is the case in ones sold in authentic Japanese groceries too.

That red turnip one is amazing. What is it called?

Never had any, so can't tell :(
Funny you ask this, because I really ate alot of most of this when I was in Japan, I had some Cabbage Ramen at the Onsen in Odaiba, it was DELICIOUS!

I like yellow radish, cucumber and eggplant. I also eat a lot of other preserved bamboos, cabbages, crabs and clams from Korea and Shanghai. And my friends keep telling me that one day I will have stomach cancer .
