好きになって？ meaning?

"好きになって~><" ... someone said that to me ^^; But japanese is weird.. I don't know the meaning. Can you help me?

It's difficult to tell the accurate meaning of such short sentence, but guessing from the face mark"><", that someone said "pleeease like me(it/that)!!!".
