I saw this movie where someone said (what i could hear) something like:
Nani wakatenai te iu na yo?
The subtitles were:
"What are you saying i don't understand?"

How to say that properly?

Pretty close :)

'What! Are you saying I don't understand ?" is clearer English.
"Wakattenai" tte is the correct Japanese spelling and "Nani (ga, wo?).....:?
