Hi! I am trying to locate someone in Japan. He was a foreign exchange student in 1984 at CAL Community School in Latimer, Iowa, USA. His name is Tsukamota Kazuhiko and he was from Ishii-town, Tokushima, Japan. At school he went by "Tony". We would like to know what Tony has been up to and any help locating him or even telling me where to start looking would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
