I have heard there are two kinds of japanese green tea powder "matcha"...Koicha and Usucha. Now, I'd like to purchase this http://www.japancentre.com/?cmd=itm&cid=&id=854

I was wondering if it is koicha or usacha. Just for the record, I am not going to have any tea ceremony I'd just like to have a nice bowl of matcha!

btw, do I have to buy this as well to properly mix the matcha?

http://www.o-cha.com/green-tea/koicha-tea-whisk-48.html

Finally, any suggestions on how to prepare matcha is highly apprecieted!
Also, how important is the essay? Any help would be great.

hi all

i would like to point out following evidence, that God exists :

1) Ontological -

P1. God is, by definition, the greatest being conceivable.
P2. God exists in the mind.
P3. To exist in reality and in the mind is greater than to exist in the mind alone.
C: Therefor God must exist in reality as well as the mind; if God did not, then God would not be the greatest being conceivable.

2) Moral -

P1. If God does not exist, objective moral values do not exist.
P2. Objective moral values exist.
C: Therefor God exists.
3) Teleological (Design) -
P1. X is too complex, orderly, adaptive, apparently purposeful or beautiful to have occurred randomly or accidentally.
C1: Therefor, X must have been created by a sentient, intelligent, wise, or purposeful being.
P2. God is a sentient, intelligent, wise, or purposeful being.
C2: Therefor, God exists.

4) Cosmological (Kalaam) -

P1. Everything that "begins" to exist has a cause.
P2. The universe began to exist.
C1: Therefore, the universe must have a cause.

5) Contingency -

"Holds that God is the best explanation of why anything at all exists, rather than nothing."

6) Personal Experience -

"In the same way that one can know that the external world exists or that the past is real, one can know that God exists in that same sort of immediate non-inferential way."

These concepts used to be very important to Japanese society and played a vital role in helping Japan develop to the stage it is today. They were part of the moral code. People made great sacrifices for the sake of improving society because of these ideals. However, I don't see it much in today's society (at least in Tokyo). Are these concepts still relevant? Even the sense of "haji" (shame) seems to be disappearing.

Is the weakening of these old values the cause behind much of the social breakdown we see?

Underneath, there was a section detailling the 10 stupidest foreign laws.

Number 9 on this list claims that there is no age of consent in Japan. However, further research has told me that the age of consent is 13 and, in some prefectures, 16. I was wondering how people felt about this comment. Is it just a "fact" that the writers didn't think to look into, or is it a blatent lie to further the stereotype of Japan as an extremely perverted nation?
