    What does this t-shirt say?

    国際交流パーティー - Tokyo International Party

I'm assuming this is Japanese. I hope this is the right place to ask this.
Some East Asian guy laughed at me on the train when I was wearing this t-shirt:

I just smiled and nodded because I thought he was a crazy person. His wife was giving me the evil eye for the whole trip.

    Thank you...

Too small to see well on this iPhone, but I spot some mention of a clitoris.

If it is just gibberish, that is a relief. I guess the guy just laughed in appreciation of that fact it was Japanese, even though it doesn't mean anything.

according to the online dictionary most of it is rubbisch, yet クリト seems to refer to 'clitoris'

No. クリ is a slang word for clitoris, but clitoris is never abbreviated to クリト.

Yes, but I would bet that was close enough to make the woman angry.

    I don't suppose that's a マック・マクド sort of regional variation, huh?

I haven't seen it, and google search reinforces my belief. I think WWWJDIC (or Tanaka Corpus?) would collect 伏字(a writing of a sensitive word, which a letter is replaced with a mark in) like クリト〇ス, クリト☆ス wrongly as examples.
