What does 字節伐到了 mean?

are you sure it's not a typo?

字節 in simplified chinese -->>>字节
means "byte"

伐 in Shanghai dialect--->>>>不
means "not,no"

到了---->reach,or have(...)
看到了 have seen
等到了 waited and finally got
抓到了 have caught
拍到了 have photographed
but 迟到了 you have to understand it as 迟到了，be late

if you insist on translate the typo as I see,I would translate "字節伐到了" to "can't google it,zero result"
