are you sure it's not a typo?

字節 in simplified chinese -->>>字节
means "byte"

伐 in Shanghai dialect--->>>>不
means "not,no"

到了---->reach,or have(...)
看到了 have seen
等到了 waited and finally got
抓到了 have caught
拍到了 have photographed
but 迟到了 you have to understand it as 迟到 了 ,be late


if you insist on translate the typo as I see,I would translate "字節伐到了" to "can't google it,zero result"
