The Melbourne Case

Middle-aged Japanese in Australian prisons? For drug running? The story is notorious, three of them were now allowed to return to Japan after more than ten years behind bars. They still claim they're innocent.

Residing in Belgium - Brussels Male
The five, who had visited Australia as tourists, were arrested at Melbourne Airport in June 1992 after 13 kilograms of heroin were found in their luggage. They claimed that the drugs had been inserted into their luggage without their knowledge after their bags were stolen in Malaysia.
That is precisely why I am for the legalisation of drugs. If they are really innocent, imagine what would have happened if the heroin was discovered in Malaysia instead. They would already have been executed. Independently of whether they are guilty or not, I can't help sharing a tear for all those innocent who have been jailed or condemned to death because of some stupid laws.
