now, I'm doing an essay about music and I have a question. are there any differences between ethnic music and folk music?

if anyone know it, please give me some explanations.

yes since ethic music would be defined as music done by or attributed to a certain ethic group and folk music is similar to country music.

Folk music is alot scarier too (or at least Tennessian folk music). Ethnic music would be like hearing Celtic songs or something, a countries original, native style.
