if you need technical assistance or face problems with some of our site features such as the - Link Directory - Topsites Japan - Japan Banner Exchange - Penpal Forum ... please open a support ticket at the JREF Helpdesk. For the time being the support forum will remain open, however the helpdesk will enable us to tackle support issues and general inquiries more efficiently.

I want to announce that the JREF Helpdesk is again fully functional. Any requests, suggestions, etc. will now be answered at the Helpdesk (provided some of the admin's check it, lolol).
