Try altavista babelfish. I don't think anybody is likely to translate an entire page for you.

Why not? its not to much to translate and if there are someone here with good japanese skills its not to hard? But i try with babelfish...

There are 2,583 Japanese characters on that page - not counting the map. That does not count as short, or easy.

What you do is after getting as much from the babelfish version that you can if there are still some points you don't understand then copy & paste relevant small sections of the text (e.g. a sentence or two) into this thread.
