International Post Office Box?

Ohayo!!

Does anyone know if there exist of an "International Post Office Box" in Japan? I frequently bid on Japan auctions and most sellers do not ship internationally but will ship to a Japanese residence.

Recently, dealers in Japan have jacked up there rates.. so I was thinking of maybe investing on a PO box in Japan... I thought I heard about it but don't know much of the details.

Enlighten me anyone?
