When to install code for new banner exchange?

Hi Thomas,

See you are busy as always upgrading your sites.

When should the code for the new banner exchange be installed? Right away, or as of January 1?

true, the past few days were busy.

The sooner you change the codes the better. I will maintain the old exchange until mid-January and will then edit the script to display a message to the webmasters.
