Hamamatsu

Anyone ever been to Hamamatsu?

I'm going for this up coming 3 day weekend. Any tips on sights to see?

I went there once, while I was living in Fuji City, but spent very little time there and don't know much about it. The Yamaha musical instrument factory is there, you could check that out. The only other thing I know is that a lot of Brazilians live there.

Seems there are a lot of brazillians everywhere in Japan these days. There are tons in Nagoya and up in Toyota as well.

Hrm. Musical Instrument Factory....

I was born and raised in Hamamatsu. so your visiting is very pleasant for me.
Did you go to International flower festival?
My house is near the site of the festival.

Haha, yeah creative, I went to the flower festival! It was pretty fun!
Maybe if the spirit moves me I will update my site with pics I took there.
