nationals not allowed to work in Japan

I'm a University student and am researching which nationalities are not allowed to work (or even enter) other countries and the reasons for this. Are there any nationalities that cannot get permission to work or enter Japan?

Useful info but how about nationals that are banned?

Thanks for the link. It was interesting to read which nationalities don't need a visa to visit Japan. The thing is though, I'm looking for info on which nationalities simply cannot get permission to work or enter Japan.

The answer is that you can enter and work in Japan as long as you have proper visa.

DPRK is the only country where Japan has no official diplomatic relationship among UN countries, so it is rather hard for North Korean to enter and work in Japan, but not impossible, I suppose.

Theoretically anybody can apply Japanese working visa, but it is much more difficult to find your sponsor.
